How to order via online?

Step 1 – Please email your logo design in jpeg/pdf/psd/cdr or vector format. Include the shades of your logo that you want to use based on their color codes (Pantone/CMYK or Sticker codes). If none, please indicate the nearest color names.

Step 2 – Signage Locations: A scanned picture with the sizes is needed for better visual explanation. See sample below.

Step 4 – This is the wall where we install your signage.

Step 5 – Product Type – The items below are the standard products that we can offer with our online order system for provincial deliveries. Other requirements beyond the types below with specific requirements shall be closely coordinated with us or you can refer to the other samples shown under “PRODUCTS” from the main menu. We have provided the easiest way to contact us. Please refer to our contact details.

Terms and Conditions

Lead time

2-4 weeks upon receipt of Bank Deposit.

Shipping

Shipping fees will be charged accordingly and shall be added to your final contract.

Mode of Payment

60% of the contract shall be deposited to our bank. 40% Balance payable before shipping. Pictures of the finish product shall be emailed to you as proof of completion before shipping.

Warranty

Warranty of 6 months on workmanship only; Does not include warranty on LED lights and electrical components if installed by clients. If products found defective, we will be requesting for a picture shot as proof of damage for assessment and warranty. If the item is found of poor workmanship on our part, we shall repair the item at no cost. Shipping and delivery shall be shouldered by Trillor Corp. If item found damaged due to mishandling, cause by typhoon, improper installation or force majeur, it will be accounted to client.
